SAFEWAY: Standard selection last week now qualifies for Power Rank long term growth stock-This is a continuation of the June cup breakout. - Check out the Point & Figure Chart to see how clearly it indicated the triple top breakout to the upside. (look at both page 1 & 2 to find the tops at the $36 level)
EXCEL REALTY: This was a three year cup breakout in August 96 and has been ina steady growth mode ever since. New breakout on Friday from 3 month consolidation.
CRACKER BARREL: Picture perfect 4 1/2 year deep cup breakout on 12/26. Stock has potential for move to $51 range before first real resistance. Tends to show a little volatility, so should be good buy opportunity on dips.
LINCARE HOLDING: Came out of year long consolidation end of July. Good growth till consolidation in November when it consolidated again. This could be another growth spurt after short rest.
LIN TELEVISION: Basically sideways since major news breakout in October.Nothing exciting yet, just slow growth.
LANCASTER: Continuation of 12/5 consolidation breakout.
