Previous Crash Signals
Below you will find charts of previous crash signals. We have
had two false signals in the last 5 years (1994 and 1999), but have never failed
to signal a major U.S. market crash. The last signal was 12/10/99.
Contrary to popular assumptions, this indicator was not developed to tell us if today
will be an up or down day in the market. It was developed purely to warn us if the
conditions are right for a crash, so we can protect our profits from the wide 12%
to 30% quick drops effecting nearly all sectors known as crashes.
