Rational: Basicallly you are looking for any stock that has made new
highs, with lots of Accumulation, but has NOT DOUBLED in price in the
proceeding year. In other words, the stock has plenty of room to go on the
upside.
You will not find many stocks selected, so don't panic when a day or
two passes without a pick.
Of course, you should follow up on the selections with more in-depth
analysis based on your style of investing/trading.
