Banners can be up to 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high, and less than 12 kb in size. Banners should be in GIF or JPG format. We can download the banner from your site if you supply the complete url or you can send if via email. Please fill out the form below. You can also print this form and fax or mail it to us.
