a) Important Industry Group
(Rotation) notes:
1) looks like my thought that maybe some depr. Chem. stocks might shape up, is wrong, no damage, but not a good sign in the bigger picture of things.... 2) wondering if it might mean something ahead, that our 'depr. alter. energy stocks' are shaping up, hmmmmm....as usual, i am the first/only guy mentioning this....you have seen my L.T.T.R. with them over the years, ay ? ....3) allied, note expected-by-me-first-only-herein drops, among regular big Energy puttables I gave you from recent highs, yes ? you're welcome.... 4) and, as usual, let me again be the first/only to suggest some depr. Airline stocks may become double-bottoms ahead.... 5) I'd like 2 C more strength among depr. auto-relateds, and retails, though..
6) note tops and beginning of drops among REITs I was first/only to sugg. putting herein - and now, I see across-the-board, their future eps estimates have been LOWERED by agencie4s, dig ? or are U gonna miss them again ? ....7) while 'the 95 %' only-recently bagen to get bullish (high/late, as always in the pattern, yes ?), we go slightly bearish, get it ?
b) more, misleading, sensationalized, Late, and/or
improper/incorrect comments from the Financial Media, Reporters, Govt.,
etc.:
1) a supposed insider-activity-expert on CNBC, 1/27, said, "we are setting up for the single-worst (lowest) insider-buying month in years" - he inferred it as a negative for the markets, but YOU know better, from MY historica .... 2) and another CNBC reporter-ignorant gal, Mon. 10:30, gushing about HOTT, a put of ours below as U know, while the insider-guy-above said there was first-time-ever insider selling in it, get it ?, proving my voncept yet again ....3) note big drop in ALOY< yet another where the 95 % amaklysts fell in love, as only I reported herein when I sugg. putting it for you near parabolic top, yes ?, and, only now, only after fall, they are turning away, as the pattern rarely changes....gee, if I only had a national audience....
c) more incorrect/misleading/sensationalized, and/or
improper comments, from Fundamentalists/Companies, newspapers/magazines, etc.,
vs. illogical/Contrary/Unlinkable, past/present/future Economic items, and/or
stock price moves:
1) an actually interesting analysis by Mauldlin/InvestorInsight (wish I knew his predictive T.R., oy), about recent Fed. studies about what net worth, income, etc., is, recently, for aAmericans, etc. - to wit: HE syas, the study found the WEALTHY being mostly negatively affected since 1998/2000 stock tops-and-drops, while the lower & middle classes remain pretty-much the same in income and NW, hmmmm....thereforem the majority were NOT affected as badly as 'they' have said during this rough period....and that the # of BK filings is the same % of people recently, as has been the historical norm, hmmmm....he avg. NW of the top 10 % in the USA was $ 2.7 mm....of course, he doesn't mention R.E. prices rose a ton, dig ?
d) more, likely late, incorrect, and/or misleading,
comments, from Brokerage firms, NL writers, Analysts, economists, Money Managers,
etc.:
1) amazingly, Erlanger, Sunday, acted as if he never was bullish B4 recent drops, how disappointing....the only good thing, is how he, and others, saw the unusually large rise in the fear-index VIX, now at a 'make or break' level around 35, dig ? I say, either way up, and huge bottom ahead, or, VIX pulls back again, and we bounce, then retest down again....either way,. YOU are in Puts and Calls mostly well....
e) more general, political, misreported items proving
why one should probably ignore 95 % of everything else out there:
1) ?...
So, as you have seen, for years now, how well one does,
often, just "doing" the best 'individual' stocks, and rotating Ind. Groups,
chart-technically, and sentiment-wise, mostly long-side, while ignoring, or going
contrary to, 95 % of all Media messages, and "indexes/averages" comments, from
the peanut gallery ? By just getting my output, alone, you do much
better, and save time, by not having to even try to "seek, and process" tons of
other, useless fundamental info., anyway....and we also help remove potential
emotional problems for you, before they begin....
Always remember to view
"1-year-at-least past" charts of everything you can view, herein, along with
their 200 day moving averages (DMA's), to "see/learn" the "PSYCLE patterns", and
see where/when stocks in section (3) were Hypothetically bought near lows, and
put near highs....all % percentage 'Gains' are just logical ESTIMATES for L.T.,
ITM options, where exist, and/or on Margin, where no options exist....
"Q" = 'quick', i.e., after
less than a month or so holding, "VQ" = 'very quick', i.e., just a couple of
weeks time, and "VVQ" = 'very very quick', i.e., often after just a few days
since 'bought' herein....and, L.T., means 'long-term', i.e., at least a few
months' time holding period:
still more quick, large % Gains:
2 more Longs, and,
11 more Puts:
as you have always done, please read them carefully and VIEW their charts carefully, to learn patterns
note, Gains, on both, longside and putside, neat, huh ?

Puts on any of the major stock avgs. when I alone suggested at their 200 DMA's, one should have taken significant Large % Gains in them early Tue., period, out of them, yes ?
as before, one could (have been) sell(ing) ALL puts Gainers, instead of
1/2-pos(itions)....and, as you have learned, the recent little-damage QSL's on
the longside, are part of the good process and concept, and never affect our
OTHER long buys here, right ?
and/but, longs, EMBX, HUM, CHRS, UAG, CEGE, bal. PCSA, GT, HPC, BUCA, ABGX sto, bal. calls DUK or db ?, NSC sto, KO, MOT sto, TNOX, and, puts, AME ?, SAFC fo ?!, LFG fo ?, UOPX fobo, NVR no, fo, ny....for very quick, very small losses, normally of small overall consequence to a properly diversified L.T. portfolio....
NOTE: while most of the $ 5. to $ 10. stocks are listed here
as "stocks on margin" ("stk.on.mgn."), if one Had bought L.T., in-the-money calls
options, their % Gains/Losses would have been multiplied, higher, right ? We
prefer not to buy Calls on most stocks under $ 10., unless their patterns are
phenomenal, as their options premiums tend to be too high, vs. buying those
stocks on Margin, with close stops, where suitable, instead, with less arithmetic
risk, and yet, similar reward potential--- stocks themselves have no "premium",
right ? and, of course, if one just bought said longs for cash, and not
on margin, the % Gains/Losses here would be relatively smaller, though still
excellent, for such short holding periods, yes ? also, obviously, these
"hypothetical transactions" are always listed, from biggest % Gains, to smallest,
then all losses....
(either for Cash, especially in Pensions,
and/or on Margin where suitable, and/or Only L.T., in-the-money Options, where
suitable/available, always Diversifying, always with close Stops below/above

these must
weaken anew:
note, as mentioned in sec. (2) above, how many puttables popped
