a) Important Industry Group
(Rotation) notes:
1) amazingly, dont think I've ever seen anything like this: the ther day, some institution bought - get this - 20,000 Jan. '04 calls at -get this - $ 15., on ERICY....this is beyond beyond.... 2) besides some Airlines, watch some of the Chem. stocks I add herein, for bottoms/rises ahead....and, perhaps we will see more Paper mergers, but I cannot find many buys technically here yet....of course, I was the only guy around to have given them out herein near-perfectly last 16 months, short, then long, then short, then long, yes ? ....3) while I did not formally add them herein because I did not really like them still yet, unexpected/unpredicted by me, the CAC and DAX big Euro., G.B., German, France, etc., indexes, broke all support recently....so removed those CEMF stocks B4 bt., no sweat....
4) finally, more previously-held-up Medical Puttable stocks began to fall Thu./Fri., so far....rotation, as usual, yes ? CAH, HCA, KG, BAX, CNMD, PATH, GENZ, DRMD, FRX, etc., learn the pattern....
b) more, misleading, sensationalized, Late, and/or
improper/incorrect comments from the Financial Media, Reporters, etc.:
1) again, Bill Griffeth, Wed. 10:15, interviewing pres. of Pactiv, showed chart, saying, "that's a real good-looking chart" - to which, I say, 'exactly how, guy ?' the past ? the future ? your historical long-past T.R. ? don't you say that about many interviewed stocks charts ? what a waste....
c) more incorrect/misleading/sensationalized, and/or
improper comments, from Fundamentalists/Companies, newspapers/magazines, etc.,
vs. illogical/Contrary/Unlinkable, past/present/future Economic items, and/or
stock price moves:
1) a beautifully "PSYCLE-ic" article in recent WSJ, chronicling GE since Jack Welch took over, 1981 to present.... each step along the way, neither 'good' nor 'bad' 'news' affected its stock price, along the way....yet, while Wall St., 60 minutes, bad-mouthed and doubted the co. and him while its stock rose a lot, until 1999, they finally fell in love with them - right at the top - in 1999, yes ? after which GE fell, dig ? as usual, the pattern rarely changes.... 2) as expected seemingly among the first by me herein, recent manufacturing data in several areas of our econ., are beginning to show improvement off depr. levels, lately, according to the WSJ, NYT, NAPM, etc., encouraging at least, and, again, as we bump along the bottom (while 'the 95 %' remain too bearish, dig ?), means we may be correct soon ahead herein longside....
d) more, likely late, incorrect, and/or misleading,
comments, from Brokerage firms, NL writers, Analysts, economists, Money Managers,
etc.:
1) ....
e) more general, political, misreported items proving why one should probably ignore 95 % of everything else out there:
1) I know this will sound funny, but, many people I have spoken with, switched to those 'level pay plans' with their Nat. Gas./Elec. co. svcs., attempting to artifically keep their mo. pmts. down, in recent months, after rates rose a lot...well, a CNBC gas. ind. guy, Fri., said that, with prices back DOWN a bunch, many are now paying MORE per no., than if they just went mo. to mo., amazing, huh....more proof of my "PSYCLE sm" at work....
So, as you have seen, for years now, how well one does,
often, just "doing" the best 'individual' stocks, and rotating Ind. Groups,
chart-technically, and sentiment-wise, mostly long-side, while ignoring, or going
contrary to, 95 % of all Media messages, and "indexes/averages" comments, from
the peanut gallery ? By just getting my output, alone, you do much better, and
save time, by not having to even try to "seek, and process" tons of other,
useless fundamental info., anyway....and we also help remove potential emotional
problems for you, before they begin....
Always remember to view
"1-year-at-least past" charts of everything you can view, herein, along with
their 200 day moving averages (DMA's), to "see/learn" the "PSYCLE patterns", and
see where/when stocks in section (3) were Hypothetically bought near lows, and
put near highs....all % percentage 'Gains' are just logical ESTIMATES for L.T.,
ITM options, where exist, and/or on Margin, where no options exist....
"Q" = 'quick', i.e., after
less than a month or so holding, "VQ" = 'very quick', i.e., just a couple of
weeks time, and "VVQ" = 'very very quick', i.e., often after just a few days
since 'bought' herein....and, L.T., means 'long-term', i.e., at least a few
months' time holding period:
still more Gains, 1 more longs, 9 more puts:
bal. calls MDCC (17++ to 24+) for L.T. 175% G....all puts UOPX (37- to 25) for VVVVQ 133% Gain....1/2 pos. puts FEIC (41+ to 28+) for 133% G....1/2 pos. puts EXPD (65 to 50) for 100% G....all puts LOW (39 to 31++) for Q 90% G....1/2 pos. puts MKL (203 to 181) for 40% G....1/2 pos. puts RGBK (32+ to 29) for L.T. 44% G....1/2 pos. puts KG (45- to 40-) for VVQ 50% G....1/2 pos. puts GENZ (59 to 50+) for Q 66% G ....bal. puts MTB (80+ to 69+) for % G....1/2 pos. puts BCS (133+ to 112+) for % G....
and/but, longs, TXCC, CSCO, FNSR, DIGL, AMZN, GMH, GETY, EMC, MONE, SWC, CRA, CGO, AMCC, SSTI, KTC, YHOO oy, FILE, FLSH, CTS, WIND, ALSC ?, CMS, COMS, APW, PGTV, HLTH, MU, 1/2 pos. GILTF, OPTV, DD, the SOX index, and, puts, AVP, ADSK no, BRKB ?, BCC ?, IVC ?, for very quick, very small losses, normally of small overall consequence to a properly diversified L.T. portfolio....all still have plenty of cash to deploy soon....and we always expect some "fobd's" along the way among depressed stocks....
NOTE: while most of the $ 5. to $ 10. stocks are listed here
as "stocks on margin" ("stk.on.mgn."), if one Had bought L.T., in-the-money calls
options, their % Gains/Losses would have been multiplied, higher, right ? We
prefer not to buy Calls on most stocks under $ 10., unless their patterns are
phenomenal, as their options premiums tend to be too high, vs. buying those
stocks on Margin, with close stops, where suitable, instead, with less arithmetic
risk, and yet, similar reward potential--- stocks themselves have no "premium",
right ? and, of course, if one just bought said longs for cash, and not on
margin, the % Gains/Losses here would be relatively smaller, though still
excellent, for such short holding periods, yes ? also, obviously, these
"hypothetical transactions" are always listed, from biggest % Gains, to smallest,
then all losses....
(either for Cash, especially in Pensions,
and/or on Margin where suitable, and/or Only L.T., in-the-money Options, where
suitable/available, always Diversifying, always with close Stops below/above

and/but, took, 'anything already way down', and, , and the 'just missed' ones just below here, Off the pot. Puts list, before "put", as they aborted their patterns immediately (also see recent past issues taken off, here)....remember, any new highs = off the Puts list (although expect some "fobo's"....so VIEW their charts, to see what 'aborted Puts patterns' look like, for YOUR lifetime benefit....also, obviously, where they have fallen nicely, many of these were 'just missed' herein as well, right ?
*** and/but, among stocks recently specifically given you herein, in sections
(6) and (7) below, we "just Missed", CWP, RJF, NR, OPWV, LGND ?, SAPE, as Longs/Buys near very recent lows, and, ENZN, ESRX, ACDO, PATH, ATRX, CAH, as Puts/Shorts, near recent highs....Every single stock ever listed here over past NL's was specifically given you herein, in sec. (6) or (7), previously, and you very likely could still have caught them, if you took the time to view their charts....More proof of the power of "PSYCLE sm" patterns....again, just because I honestly admit to "missing" some, which DO work anyway, that I give you herein, does not mean YOU have to miss those same stocks....if you do just a little work, YOU may certainly catch ones, which I may happen to just miss, herein....making you money, in both directions, most of the time, while hopefully stopping losses smallishly....
